NorthWest Training and Development is a training and consulting services provider based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.  NWTD has been in operation for over 20 years servicing clients across Canada, into the U.S. and Australia / New Zealand.  Our training services focus on leadership development, communications and training skills, occupational health and safety, and NeuroLinguistic Programming(NLP).  Our consulting focus is on organizational development, strategic planning, board development, team building and facilitation of organizational change and transition initiatives.  Coaching services are available for executives and individuals.
