NWTD's 2 day Train the Trainer (Basic) is a comprehensive workshop that satisfies the MTCU's criteria for trainers delivering Core Competency training in Ontario, and represents the " Gold Standard" for trainers everywhere.

Delivered by Gary Phillips ,BEd, MA(Adult Education), CHRP, CRSP, Train the Trainer (Basic)includes a binder of resource materials and exercises, and representsthe very best in experiential activity and instruction.

Objectives

By the end of the workshop, learners will be able to :

•develop and conduct training sessions for adult learners
•establish a positive learning environment and deal effectively with resistance
•communicate effectively during one-on-one and group training
