Bill 168 and corresponding sections of the Canada Labour Code address violence, harassment and bullying in the work place.
In this one day workshop you will learn: your legal rights and responsibilities, how to recognize violence bullying and harassment, to conduct a work place assessment, to create policy, and to understand the influence of work place culture.  You’ll also master powerful interpersonal communication and leadership techniques to lower the risk of harassment and bullying complaints.
