A new training instrument for Health & Safety Committees!

Health and Safety Committee Profile is a tool for committees to self-assess their current state of development, diagnose problems and action plan for increased effectiveness.
 
The profile is:

• straight forward
• easy to use
• inexpensive, and
• accepted by committees

One profile is required for each committee member. And a Trainer's Manual is available for the facilitator of the Profile session. 

The Profile incorporates adult learning concepts and has been field tested with committees in a wide range of organizations. Finally, a method for committees to self-assess using a group process that is reliable, practical and consistent with the true spirit of joint worker/management problem solving.
